A leader in Micro precision manufacturing, Microscale Engineering is able to do extremely fine work, close tolerances and very high grade finishes. We have enough facilities for quality control and testing rigid standards. We possess a team of well trained and fully skilled personals to perform any assigned task related to manufacturing of pack parts of every kind. We deal with the filtration of high viscosity fine's fluids under high temperature and pressure i.c. above 3000 poise 300°C and 250 kg/cm2 which require very high degree of filtration accuracy.
Characteristics of the filter medium is fully utilized in filter design, keeping in view the above mentioned parameters and depending upon the precise applications/requirements.

Microscale Engineering is a leading manufacturer of Pack Parts for Polyester Plants in Pakistan. The sponsors of the Company have been involved in manufacturing the Pack Parts and related items since last 10 years. The company has a state of the art manufacturing facility with latest machines and work tools capable of producing 10,000 units per month. The company houses latest molding and hydraulic pressing machines, drill machines, lath machines working on latest software.
The Company Staff is very competitive, self motivated, expert and capable to accept challenging assignments placed by the clients. Our staff accepts the assigned jobs with a can do attitude and provide the ultimate solutions to the problems using standard engineering practices. Our produced filter elements undergo a wide verity procedures during production to ensure that they fully comply with customer specifications. We are intercede to move ahead keeping in mind our goal and vision. For the purpose we are moving into die casting machines and injection molding, CNC reaching capital lath procedures. We are ready to take up the challenges of manufacturing Motor Cycle and Motor Car Spare Parts.
